Jas Dhaliwal, CPA, CA
Mr. Dhaliwal is a Chartered Accountant with more than a decade of experience in private equity, corporate development and investment banking. He started his career at KPMG in their financial institutions and real estate practice. Mr. Dhaliwal worked at Maxam Capital and Diversified Royalty Corp. working closely with the CEO and CFO on mergers and acquisitions, and he was a key member of the royalty acquisition and trademark licensing of Mr. Lube for $140 Million. Next, he joined the global finance team at Amazon.com where he worked on multi-billion dollar acquisitions. Most recently, before founding Lark Street Capital, Mr. Dhaliwal worked as an investment banker at Gravitas Securities.
Business Development Associate
Mr. Ahmad’s career has over 15 years of client relationship management, focusing on the natural resource industry. His experience in commercial agreements, due diligence and analysis while working for Canadian energy players such as Crescent Point Energy, the National Energy Board, PrairieSky Royalty and TAQA North. He has a portfolio that included operations of over $650 Million worth of jointly operated facilities in Western Canada. He has a track record of closing, maintaining, and growing business accounts through solution-based and data-driven conversations. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia.
Robert Kienle, MSc
Mr. Kienle is an accomplished professional with a background in investment banking, family offices, venture capital, and startups. He has a track record of success in sourcing investment opportunities, as demonstrated in his role as an Analyst, Principal Investments at Agentis, where he sourced opportunities for over $50 Million in potential profit. Additionally, Mr. Kienle completed his Internship and Master’s thesis at Hensoldt Ventures, an Airbus spinoff where he was instrumental in developing the partnership and origination strategy. He holds a BMgmt. (Hons.) from UBC Okanagan and MSc. in innovation from Aalborg University, Denmark.
